Adding a new CLI command to kwai for downloading and uploading a file. Typer is used to great the CLIs. It was already possible to upload a file using the frontend application, but with a CLI command I want to create a task that is run each night. Thanks to clean architecture, I only need to write the CLI command and can reuse the domain specific code for processing a member import.
